Frankenstein · Chapter 5

The Creation

An attic in Ingolstadt · A rainy night in November

On a rainy night the body is sewn. Victor can give it the last spark, or destroy it with his instruments.

Victor gives the body life. The creature opens yellow eyes, and Victor flees from his own success. The tragedy in the original begins with this abandonment.

Entering copies the original opening into a timeline of your own. The original itself is not changed.
