Please include your account email, the device you use (web / iPhone / Android), and a short description of the issue. We will reply as soon as we can.

2. Account/Login

Register with your email: first request a verification code, then set a password. You can sign in with the password or with another email code.

After login, change your display name and password in Account. Email cannot be changed yet. Guest stories stay in the current browser session; register first if you want to keep them.

3. Subscription

NovelGPT offers Free, Creator, and Pro. Creator includes 1,000 story credits each month ($9.99 / month, $99.90 / year). Pro includes 3,000 credits ($19.99 / month, $199.90 / year). Yearly billing is the monthly price × 10. You can also buy 500 extra credits for $4.99.

Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe on the pricing page. Digital subscriptions on iPhone and Android go through the App Store or Google Play, not web checkout.

NovelGPT and OddsGPT are separate products of the same company; their invoices are independent. A Stripe website plan and an in-app purchase also do not cover each other.

Cancel on iPhone in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancel on the website with Manage subscription. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancelling does not delete your account.

4. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app, change devices, or do not see a subscription after login, open Subscribe in the app and tap Restore purchases.

Use the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase, and sign in to the same NovelGPT account. An in-app purchase can be linked to only one NovelGPT account.

Stripe website orders are not restored from the app. Sign in with the email used at checkout and open Orders.

5. AI-generated content

NovelGPT uses artificial intelligence to draft story text, choices, and some helper copy from your decisions. This content is for personal reading and creation.

We do not guarantee historical accuracy, style, or completeness, and it is not an academic, legal, or publishing commitment. Original timelines are read-only. Your choices create independent branches and do not rewrite the classics.

Do not use generated content for illegal, hateful, infringing, or deceptive ends. We may rate-limit, refuse, or remove abusive requests.

6. Privacy

When you browse as a guest, we keep story progress in the session and remember the language preference in a cookie. After you register, we store your email, password hash, and display name. Story data belongs to that account. See the privacy policy for the full notice.

7. Terms

8. FAQ

How do I start a story?

Enter a famous scene from the library, or sign in and write a new book. After you pick a choice, tap Generate the story, continue the timeline. The tutorial walks through the same loop.

I paid, but the plan is not active.

Make sure you are signed in to the NovelGPT account used for the purchase. For in-app purchases, tap Restore purchases. For website subscriptions, check Orders. If it still fails, email [email protected] with the order or store transaction id.

How do I cancel auto-renewal?

Cancel iPhone subscriptions in Apple ID Subscriptions, Android subscriptions in Google Play Payments & subscriptions, and website subscriptions with Manage subscription. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel a store subscription.

Do my choices change the original story?

No. Original timelines are read-only and cannot be rewritten. Your story is a separate timeline beside them.

What are story credits?

Generating a story, rewriting, and some new-book helpers use credits. Free includes a short trial allowance. Creator and Pro grant credits each month. You can buy extra credits without changing plans.
